As the CEO and Founder of TZONE, she has followed an unconventional journey driven by curiosity, learning, and an unwavering commitment to knowledge. Her path has taken her from the study of political science, philosophy, and law to becoming an author, legal scholar, public intellectual, and researcher.

- Looking back, what first inspired your journey toward becoming a researcher, scholar, and entrepreneur?
My curiosity started at a very young age. Even as a child, I wanted to solve challenges that seemed impossible. I was fascinated by space and often imagined exploring our solar system and galaxies. At the same time, I dreamed of finding solutions for diseases that people believed could not be cured. As I grew older, my interests expanded into political science, philosophy, law, and social issues. Every stage of my education added a new perspective, and together they shaped the work I do today. - Your academic journey spans several disciplines. How have these experiences influenced the way you lead today?
Every institution I studied at gave me something valuable. Studying Political Science at Lady Shri Ram College introduced me to feminism and international relations. My Master’s at Jawaharlal Nehru University deepened my understanding of politics and the experiences of oppressed communities. During my M.Phil. and PhD, I focused on philosophy, multiculturalism, feminism, and later law. These experiences taught me that no subject exists in isolation. As a leader, I believe the best solutions come when different fields of knowledge work together. - What personal belief has helped you stay focused throughout your career, especially during challenging times?
I have always believed in trusting myself and trusting God. Confidence in one’s own abilities is essential, but it should be balanced with humility and purpose. The philosophy of Ayn Rand’s individualism also influenced me by reinforcing the value of personal responsibility and independent thinking. Those beliefs have helped me remain focused, even when life became difficult. - Every successful career includes defining moments. Which milestones have been the most meaningful for you?
Studying at Lady Shri Ram College and Jawaharlal Nehru University were major milestones because they helped shape my intellectual foundation. Teaching Political Science at Delhi University was another important chapter because I enjoyed sharing knowledge with students. Later, I completed my law degree and expanded my work as a legal scholar. Writing ten books also became one of the most meaningful achievements of my career because it allowed me to continue contributing to public discussions even when my professional path changed. - You have spoken openly about facing setbacks in academia. How did those experiences shape your resilience?
There were times when I felt I had been treated unfairly within the academic system. Those experiences were painful, but they also taught me resilience. Instead of giving up, I chose another path by writing books, studying law, and continuing my research independently. Challenges can either stop a person or motivate them to create something new. I decided to keep moving forward and build my own platform for learning and research. - Which leadership qualities have played the biggest role in your journey?
Intelligence, empathy, and courage have been the three qualities that matter most to me. Intelligence helps solve complex problems, empathy helps understand people and their experiences, and courage allows difficult decisions to be made even when they are unpopular. I believe effective leadership requires all three working together. - What makes TZONE different, and what kind of culture are you working to build within the organization?
TZONE is built on the belief that great ideas come from bringing different disciplines together. Our research is multidisciplinary, and we welcome talented individuals from around the world who are passionate about learning. I want to create an environment where gifted thinkers can work freely, collaborate across fields, and contribute to solving global challenges. Diversity of thought is one of our greatest strengths. - What goals are currently driving your work, and what long-term vision do you have for TZONE?
We are currently focused on two ambitious goals. One is advancing research related to space exploration, and the other is contributing to the successful treatment of cancer. Looking ahead, I want TZONE to become a place where natural sciences, philosophy, and social sciences are connected. Many of the world’s biggest challenges require knowledge from multiple disciplines, and I believe this approach can create meaningful progress. - Finally, what advice would you share with young leaders and entrepreneurs who hope to create lasting success?
Never compromise your values simply to achieve success. Do not chase money at the cost of your integrity or build relationships based on personal gain. Success should never come from corruption or dishonesty. The world needs leaders who are ethical, compassionate, and committed to making life better for others. If we remain true to those principles, we can create a future that benefits everyone.
